How long is the right of return?
Do you buy something over the internet or by phone? Then you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. We have only for our clients a period of 30 days.
Within this period you may:
View the product, just like in a regular store.
Let us know that you are canceling the purchase.
You then have 14 days to return the product.
When will I have my money back and will I pay return costs?
We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after you have informed us that you are canceling the purchase, but we will wait until the product has been received. If you return a product, you must pay the return shipping costs.

When am I not entitled to a return?
Sometimes you don't have a reflection period when making an online purchase. For example, with custom-made products or products specially ordered for you. You may not just return the product, because we have had it made especially for you.
Returns are also limited. For example: You order 10 pants size L and you send them all back. In that case you could have ordered 1 pair of pants to view.
Or you order 5 pants size S M L XL XXL and you send 4 back because they don't fit. In that case you should have ordered 1 pair of pants and if it is not the right size, you can exchange it for a larger or smaller size. This way we avoid a lot of transport and handling costs.
